Job Description

Overview Are you a confident Azure Cloud Engineer who can offer expert advice and organisational skills to assist us fulfilling our ambitious business goals We need a talented individual to join our expanding team who can provide insight and offer solutions whilealso taking a hands-on approach with escalatory activities when required. Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily operation, maintenance and security of production and non-production environments
  • Management of Microsoft cloud tools; SSO, Azure AD, Defender, InTune, Entra etc
  • Responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance & scalability of systems
  • Configuring and maintaining group policies through InTune
  • Ensure Solus’ data security and business security are best practice and consistent
  • Assist in the creation and updating of support documentation
  • Actively participate in projects and key process improvement initiatives for all IT environments throughout the organization
  • Ownership of IT Changes, Problems, Escalations and Outages
  • Investigating security incidents, remediating and reporting back to senior management
Qualifications Requirements
  • Proven Azure experience in building and supporting Azure environments; including AAD, Conditional Access, virtual desktop, resource management and security best practices
  • Experience of onboarding and supporting SaaS solutions, SSO
  • InTune, Autopilot experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Admin Centre
  • Experience with Teams Telephony
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell
  • Experience configuring and supporting Meraki estate
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
