Job Description

If youre a keen, talented and ambitious Advisor with experience of the property industry, this position might be what youre looking for. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Adviser based in the Gravesend and Meopham area.The Sales job comes with a basic salary of £25k with scope for increasing that amount substantially through uncapped commission. In the first year, you can expect on-target earnings of up to £40k, increasing to £100k in year 2. The Advisor role involves weekdays and some weekends.The Advisor role will suit candidates with previous sales or customer service experience, preferably acquired in an estate agent setting. Primary duties include:

  • Taking inbound customer calls, helping people to sell or buy their property
  • Recommending useful additional products and services to clients
  • Spotting potential leads and referring customers to relevant colleagues
    • In this Sales and Business Development role, you will be mentored by senior colleagues. They have lots of experience and are keen to share their expertise to help you achieve great things. You will also be actively encouraged to take part in charity and community events, as the company prides itself on "giving something back".The package on offer is a basic salary of £25,000. Additional benefits including holiday commission, 33 days paid holiday, life insurance, company car and incentivesYour commission is personal to your results, and in your first year, you can expect to earn up to £40,000. However, as you develop your skills and progress up the promotional ladder, your earnings can easily reach 3 or 4 times that amount!The ideal Advisor candidate will have:
  • Solid mortgage advise experience
  • A fantastic telephone manner, first and foremost
  • Previous inbound sales adviser experience
  • Pace, passion and confidence
