Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Accounts Payable Analyst in the financearea of our business. You will be based at our European Head office in Gravesend. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30 and in return you will receive a competitive salary.Moove is a leading provider of automotive lubricants, oils, and chemicals throughout the UK, Europe, and Asia.     • About the Accounts Payable Analystrole: Joining our growing finance team you will be responsible for reporting on payments to our suppliers completing daily payment runs and reconciliation.Responsibilities as our Accounts Payable Analystwill include:
  • Processing large volume of supplier invoices (1,200 per month for the UK) in an accurate and timely manner. Matching against orders, obtain goods receipts and approval for face approved invoices.
  • Processing daily payment runs (BACS, CHAPS) to ensure all vendor invoices are paid.
  • Investigating and resolving purchase invoice queries, ensuring queries are resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Assisting in daily checking of control reports.
  • Work closely with various departments to follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure all liabilities are being correctly recorded.
  • Producing and analyzing periodic reports.
    • Skills required ofour Accounts Payable Analystrole:
  • University degree (or equivalent)
  • Accounts payable experience
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Experience in a fast paced, busy environment
  • Desire to develop a career in finance.
  • SAP experience beneficial
