Job Description *Client Safety LeadService Name: Ambient SupportLocation: GranthamCurrently Working From Home Due To Covid19Salary: £24,354pa pro rata for hours workedHours: 38 per weekBenefits:

Ambient Support is a registered UK charity with over 25 years experience in providing care and support services for older people, people with a mental health need and people with a learning disability.We are looking for our Client Safety Lead to have:
  • IT qualification. Relevant auditing / Quality control qualification
  • The ability to travel between services within Lincolnshire is an essential requirement of the post
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work systematically
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Great Plains or other accounting packages
Essential Work Experience
  • Experience of quality management
  • Experience in health and safety
  • Knowledge of Excel to intermediate level able to write and understand formulas, use multiple sheets and linking different sheets.
  • Computer skillsEmail, spreadsheets and accounting packages.
  • Able to prioritise tasks.
  • Time Management.
Desirable Skills and Abilities
  • An understanding of KLOE inspections and how to meet the requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable people
  • Experience of analysing data and producing reports
Our Client Safety Lead will carry out the following duties:
  • Liaise with locality managers to ensure quality data is gathered promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure that quality audits are completed monthly in all homes and correct procedures are being followed by staff in the homes
  • To produce reports to identifying trends and formulate action plans
  • Ensure records in the homes are maintained
  • Deal with any queries from Local Authorities, Clients or their representatives in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure all end of year paperwork relating to the people we support are archived correctly
