Youll be working for International Timber in Falkirk. International Timber is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK.Job PurposeTo provide effective support 2 days per week to OSS Division cash banking and security. Ensuring accuracy in daily cashier duties and working closely with the OSS branches. Offering support to the Credit Control department. Cashier duties 15 hours per week.(Thursday & Friday)Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience RequiredEssential

  • Customer Service
  • Good numerical skills
  • Previous experience in a credit control environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Positive team player
  • Good Communications Skills
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of calls
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • PC Literate Experience of Microsoft Office package (Outlook / Access / Word / Excel predominantly)
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Desirable
  • Previous Credit Control and/or Cashier experience
Key Results AreasYou will be required to:
  • All bank, cash, cheque and card allocations (Daily bank reconciliation)
  • Monthly bank reconciliation
  • Customer accounts reconciliation
  • Purchase rebate collections (once assigned to credit control)
  • General Office Admin support when required
