About the roleWe have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team at Garngoch Bodyshop.As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to accurately liaison with both our customers and insurance partners to ensure a positive experience for policy holders during the process of their claim.You will also inspect customer vehicles and provide an initial quotation for repair.The hours will be Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and every third Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm.About youIdeally you will possess experience of working within a customer facing environment and be computer literate and able to work on ones own initiative as well as being able to work well within a team.You will also be capable of maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return Customers, with great organisational skills with an enthusiastic attitude plus self-motivated.Why Days Motor GroupSince its inception in 1926 Days continues to be a family run business that has been at the forefront of change and innovation receiving many awards from both the manufacturers and other external bodies.Undoubtedly the commitment and enthusiasm displayed by all our staff has contributed significantly to our success.
