About the roleDue to our continued success, our Call Centre in Swansea require a motivated customer friendly operative, to join our growing team of professionals.Duties will include communicating with our customers, directing calls and messages to the relevant department or person.About youThe successful applicant will possess exceptional customer handling skills and have the ability to multitask.You must be highly motivated, polite and with a confident manner.
