Are you a Science teacher looking for a new role in Goole, starting January 2023Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a full time Science Teacher for an good school in Goole, starting 4th January 2023, lasting until at least Easter 2023 but likely until the end of the academic year. All planning and marking associated witha teaching role will be expected for this role, so payment will be scaled to a candidates position on the main teaching pay scale, which in real terms will be between £130 - 200 per day. This is to cover an absence due to a long term absence, so exact lengthof booking is difficult to obtain.You will primarily be teaching Science to Key Stage 3 students, but there is a small amount of Key Stage 4 teaching on the curriculum. The school are willing to review applications from candidates with any science specialism, as there is potential to moveexisting staff members around to accommodate the specialism of the successful candidate. However, teaching all facets of science to Key Stage 3 is absolutely essential for this position. If a candidate is not a true science specialist, but teaches a similarsubject (such as Maths and PE), and has some experience teaching Science, they are encouraged to apply for this position.The setting is accessible via public transport from Hull on the bus, and is an easy drive from both Hull and York. There is a large onsite car park which is free to use for candidates who do drive.The school is an excellent school with a brilliant reputation.
