Job Description

Are you an experienced KS2 TeacherAre you able to commit to working full timeYou must have the relevant qualification for this role.This is for a specific vacancy starting ASAP until the end of the academic year in a school in Goole not short-term supply.The role

  • Starting ASAP - end of academic year
  • 8:30am-15:30pm
  • Year 6 class
  • Full time
  • Salary between £120 - £140
  • Specific school in Goole
Key responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of current KS2 curriculum
  • Help the children prepare for SATs
  • Strong classroom behaviour management skills
  • Offer emotional support to children who are struggling during COVID
  • Demonstrates a personal commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and rights of young people
  • Implement the aims, policies and stated ethos of the school
  • Inspire creativity in lessons and play
  • Sense of humour, good listener, positive outlook
Essential requirements
  • PGCE or QTS qualification
  • Prior experience of teaching in the Early Years
  • Available between 3-5 days a week
  • Able to provide a 6-year career history
  • Provide 2 reputable references
  • UK resident
Desirable
  • SEN knowledge
  • UK driving license
