Reed Accountancy are working with a leading supplier of the UK’s best outdoor products, to recruit a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.You will be working alongside the Payroll Manager to input payroll information for employees in a timely manner before the payroll is submitted to an outsourcing company.The role is full time, but available on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)Remuneration:• Salary – up to £30,000 depending on experience• 25 Days annual leave + bank holidays• Bupa cashplan• Private medical insurance• Bonus• Free ParkingMain duties include:• Collation and checking of hours from clocking systems• Processing changes and updating employee records• Verification of Sickness and Holiday hours and calculation of rates• Administration of Court payments and Attachment of earnings orders• Administration of pension schemes and payments• Responding to payroll queries• Ensuring all new starter checks are completed and that records are kept up to date• Ensuring leaver information is kept up to date, including P45’s etc• Submission of information through to payroll bureau accurately and on time
