Job Description

Maintenance EngineerWe are seeking to recruit Mechanical Maintenance Engineers and Electrical Engineers to assist with the installation and maintenance of our new "state of the art" Lightweight Aggregate Production Plant which is currently being constructed at our new site.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working in the manufacturing of a lightweight aggregate which will be used at several of our Concrete Block Plants within the Northwest/East of England.Main duties will include:

  • Assisting with the installation of product equipment.
  • Maintenance of manufacturing works/equipment when new plant is in full production.
Hours of work: Mon - Fri 07:00am - 5.30pmWeekends will be worked on a rota basis whilst the equipment is being installed.Once the plant is commissioned, there will be a 24/7 shift pattern in operation.You will also be required to work overtime as and when necessary.In return, we offer a competitive rate of pay plus shift allowance payment.We require enthusiastic applicants who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, working as part of a team.Full training will be provided - but we do need reliable, committed, hardworking candidates.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £41,000 - £44,000Benefits:
