We are currently looking for a IT Network Analyst to join a global scientific organisation specialising in chemicals based in the Goole area. This is a hybrid role with blended home working. The IT Network Analyst will be responsible for the managing,maintaining, and supporting the global network infrastructure.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The role sits within the IT Centre of Excellence team to maintain and further develop the network and services including procedures, policies, and documentation. The IT Network Analyst position will require implementation of network improvements, whilst maintainingand troubleshooting support of network related LAN, WAN and wireless networks.1. In the role you will support day-to-day network administration and maintenance to ensure network performance and health meets approved standards and requirements.2. The Support will be provided to network specialists delivering projects across: Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless, Content Filtering, Palo Alto Firewalls, 3rd party VPN connectivity and other network appliances.3. As part of the Network team you will help Provide input and recommendations to continually improve, strengthen our network services and contribute to the network strategy plan + Document new additions, review and maintain existing network documentation,maintain change history, and keep up-to-date tickets records. 4. As the Network Analyst you will also be supporting WAN technologies, VoIP technologies, Microsoft Teams and applying technical experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.ROLE REQUIREMENTS:To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Group IT Network Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:1. Relevant degree in a IT / Computer Science / Networking / Mathematical or Science area2. Proven knowledge of Cisco IOS, Cisco Prime, Cisco ISE, Cisco Wi-Fi, Palo Alto, Azure network routing3.
