Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a reputable manufacturing business in Goole who are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join their growing maintenance division. The successful Electrical Maintenance Team Leader will report into the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of 2 Maintenance Engineers whilst being hands on doing preventative and reactive maintenance. Working Hours: 2 days, 2 nights and 4 off (12 hours) Salary: £55,000 + attractive benefits package Electrical Maintenance Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities Include: • Leading a team of 2 Maintenance Engineers (1 Electrical Maintenance Engineer and 1 Mechanical Maintenance Engineer). • Prioritising work within the team. • Supporting the 2 Maintenance Engineers if they need support on a complex breakdown. • Hands-on the tools doing both preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of heavy industry machinery. • Highlighting any continuous improvement ideas of machine maintenance to the Maintenance Manager. Qualifications and experience required: • Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering. • Previous experience working in a medium to heavy industry environment. • Experience of previously leading a team or supporting apprentices is preferred but open to an Electrical Maintenance Engineer who is looking for their next step.
