Job Description

  • Ensuring compliance with legislative safety standards and processes for personnel and vehicles. This includes maintenance and record management.
  • Supervising daily activities of drivers and managing personnel schedules
  • Providing support for disciplinary investigations and note taking
  • Responsibility for planning and coordinating vocational training for drivers.
  • Providing suggestions for productivity improvements and coaching drivers
  • Maintaining contact with and acting as a key contact point for drivers.
  • Managing and following up on driver and vehicle reports, customer complaints and run outs.
