Reporting into the Head of People Services, you will have the credibility and confidence to work closely withkey stakeholders across directorates to meet their current and future people needs. This role will provide you with an opportunity to play an integral part in delivering the organisational and cultural change that we believe will help us fulfil our strategicaims and objectives. You will build strong, positive working relationships with senior leaders, offering strategic insight, coaching and playing the role of the critical friend where appropriate. You will provide support and guidance to deliver the best outcomesacross the employee life cycle including workforce planning, resourcing, performance & talent management, complex employee relations cases, learning & development, wellbeing, organisational change and continuous improvement.About You:You will have demonstrable experience working with key stakeholders to deliver organisational change together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to successfully collaborate and share information with diverse groups of people,helping to build their confidence, their trust and their understanding of people management practices and policies. The broad scope of the role requires a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, supported by well-developed analytical skills, strong organisationalskills and detailed, up to date, working knowledge of employment law, being CIPD qualified at level 5 or above (or equivalent demonstrable professional experience).
