Search Consultancy is currently recruiting for a Workforce Planner to join one of our clients on a temporary basis, starting immediately.As a Workforce Planner you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a fast paced call centre with over 160 heads by analysing call volumes and trends to balance staffing levels. Producing Management Information reports to provide Workforce Planning advice and data to key business partners, identifying critical areas, additional requirements and productivity levels. You will also be responsible for producing and updating staff schedules to ensure call volumes are met.This position required candidates to be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8am - 8pm across Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7). In return you will benefit from a generous hourly rate of up to £12 per hour, paid weekly!
