Since then, we have become an industry leader and added a number of other products and services to our portfolio, all to facilitate sustainable living.We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy warehouse in East Kilbride!Role Info:Warehouse AdministratorEast Kilbride, Scotland£20,000 - £23,000Who we are:We are a leading supplier and installer of solar PV for New Build Housing, Social Housing and Commercial Scale buildings.We are fully MCS accredited, and our MD is a board member of the Solar Trade Association, the UKs leading solar industry voice.Recent projects include social housing, care homes, schools, universities, health centres, offices and swimming pools.The Warehouse Administrator Role:We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Operations department to aide the smooth running of the team under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. Experience of warehousing, logistics and ERP systems (Oracle) are desirable.Key responsibilities include:+ Physical warehouse duties when required+ Warehouse administration duties.+ Facilities management.+ Tool calibration management.+ Manage PPE requirements.+ Management of the returns, debrief and damaged stock.+ Vehicle inspection sheets.+ Arrange all warehouse/office maintenance requirements (repairs/servicing).+ Inventory check and delivery notes matched to orders.The ideal candidate will have:+ Experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment+ Forklift driving+ Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills+ Excellent communication skills at all levels+ Computer literate+ Ability to work autonomously,+ Be adaptable to continuous change and be able to meet strict deadlines.+ Commercially aware, understands the wider organisation, function and structure.+ Someone who shares the businesses core values of Excellence, Innovation, Fairness and Trust.Interested Apply here for a fast-track path to the Hiring ManagerApplication notice… We take your privacy seriously.
