The Role Reporting to a Senior Talent AcquisitionPartner, theSourcing and Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our volume recruitment by identifying and attracting candidates for our bus driver positions. You will be the first point of contact for all candidates and will own sourcingand candidate engagement from application through to onboarding. The Sourcing and Engagement Specialistwill have an integral role in the Recruitment teams overall success and you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and cultivate your career path at FirstBus. The Day to Day Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to assess candidate suitabilityand match them with job requirements. Engage with candidates through phone screenings, email communication, and other appropriate channels to gauge interest and availability. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and records in the applicant trackingsystem (ATS) or recruitment database. Have great rapport with candidates from the initial telephone screening through to offer, delivering an extraordinary candidate experience every time. Build talent pipelines for any future opportunities. Process a highvolume of applications that come from a variety of sources. Wed Love you to Bring Previous experience of working in a high volume recruitment role Ability to work diligently with our Partner Management team and support the Recruitment function assisting withfinding new talent. Good time management and ability to prioritise workload. A creative mind-set to engage high volume, best talent, to complement our team via multiple channels and resources. Energy to be an ambassador and build brand awareness while workingon diverse talent attraction strategies. Youve got previous experience in sales recruitment, either from an internal talent team or recruitment agency Your communication skills at unrivalled - youll be speaking with lots of candidates and hiring managersevery day. Youve got the ability to provide all candidates with a best-in-class experience. Proficiency in using social media platforms, professional networking sites, and job boards for candidate sourcing.
