You will provide them with individualisedadvice, enabling them to secure the best post-identification support possible.Additionally, you will learn and share lessons for government and national police strategies, identifying a successful model that could be promoted and replicatedPlease note, some travel within relevant source countries will be required.About YouTo be considered as a Victim Navigator, you will need:- Relevant experience working with vulnerable people- To have a passion to do whatever you can to combat modern day slavery- Excellent organisational and communication skills- To have lived in the UK for at least five years- A degree or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicleA social work or legal qualification would be beneficial to your application, as would experience working in a cross cultural setting.
