Job Description

Scope:This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, board-certified clinical pathologist to join an established veterinary diagnostics company as part of a growing team. This role presents the chance to develop diagnostic experience and engage in industry-relevant academic activities within a supportive and respectful working environment. The company also offers complete flexibility with remote or site-based working, as well as a generous remuneration package.Responsibilities:

  • Review of clinical findings and laboratory results of samples, to produce interpretive reports for submitting veterinary practices.
  • Evaluate cytology samples to produce descriptive and interpretive reports for submitting veterinary practices
  • Fulfil statutory RCVS requirements regarding to maintenance of professional competency - including CPD, current advances and industry concepts
  • Participate in production of materials for presentations/newsletters/literature to further promote the business
  • Liaise with technical staff regarding diagnostic tests - existing and new to ensure they meet client requirements and professional standards
  • Participate in staff training and development
  • About You:
  • Veterinary Degree and MRCVS essential
  • UK, European or US Board Qualifications
  • Post graduate qualifications in veterinary clinical pathology FRCpath or equivalent
  • Demonstrable pathology experience
