Motorclean has grown, innovated, and evolved over 4 decades, to become a major player in the Integrated Automotive Services sector and is award winning.They provide comprehensive vehicle preparation and support services to dealerships, auction houses, motor retailers and fleets across the UK. These include Valeting, Smart Repair, Delivery & Collection, Premises Cleaning, Vehicle Video, and Imaging.They are currently looking for car valeters to join the team in these hands-on roles, inspecting, moving, and preparing cars to a high standard. You will be someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.The Role:This role involves shifts 4 days on and 4 days off and overtime is available.Managing valeting product levels - ensuring ample stock at all times, without being overstocked.Checking vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards.Consistently achieving daily volume targets and working efficiently.Continuously developing your knowledge of the latest valet product application/removal techniques.Machine Operated Polishing (MOP).Applying paint protection.Steam Cleaning, wet and dry vacuum cleaning.Requirements & QualificationsExperience is not essential as you will receive training but you do need to have a full valid driving licence and enjoy working outside.We can be flexible with regards to shifts as long as they meet the business requirements and we will consider both full and part-time applications.BenefitsTraining and development provided plus a policy of promoting from within.Contracted hours can be flexible to suit individuals pending business requirements
