Job Description

Do you have a passion Customer Service We want to hear from you!Huntswood are looking for full-time Utilities Customer Service Advisors to join our ever- expanding team.You will be joining a team where youll be excited to start work each day!Start Date: December 2023 / January 2024Salary: £10.90 + Performance BonusLocation: Glasgow City Centre OfficeStarting in December/January this role is to take inbound telephony customer complaints, which has been escalated from the main contact centre. Your role will be to use your experience and knowledge of the utilities industry to make sure that a resolutionis reached, and that the customers complaint journey is as smooth as possible.In this role you will complete training from our Glasgow City Centre Office. Customers can call on Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm so you need to be available to work between these hours.To succeed, you should be computer literate with remarkable customer call handling skills. This coupled with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving performance targets makes you more than suitable for our role.The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum of 6 months Utilities/ Insurance experience
  • Experience dealing with complaints
  • Experience resolving customer complaints over the telephone
  • Flexibility to work a shift rotation between 9am-7pm Monday to Friday
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
  • Strong numeracy and written communication skills
