Skillsand attributes for success Leadingfieldwork, managing performance and keeping engagement leads updated on auditengagementsEnsuringengagements are executed in accordance with the firms methodologies andguidance, professional standards and regulatory requirementsCompletingaudit processes and documenting higher risk areas to increase your technicaland business skillsEngagingclients and demonstrating professionalism throughout the processConstantlydeveloping your understanding of public sector service developments and sharingyour knowledge to develop junior colleaguesUnderstandingour clients unique statutory responsibilities, ambitions and needs andreferring them to other teams and areas to broaden the business insight weprovideToqualify for the role you must have ACA/CA/ACCA(ICAEW, ICAS, Irish Institute or equivalent international qualification)-preferably first time passesSignificantexperience leading the planning, execution and reporting on auditsProvenproject management skillsExcellentcommunication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach tomanagementProvenexperience in delivering external audit and assurance engagementsIdeally,youll also have Previousexperience in a public sector audit environmentWhatwe look for Wereinterested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to makeit happen.
