This is a hugely exciting opportunity to establish your own travel business with the full support of a successful luxury tour operator. As part of this luxury tour operator, youll be given your own individual website to help you establish and grow your business.In return for bringing your exceptional travel consultant skills to life selling worldwide luxury holidays, youll receive ongoing training and managerial support including IT, marketing and business development. As a luxury travel consultant homeworker, youll excel in the following areas:* Selling luxury travel packages to your own portfolio of clients* Effectively marketing yourself and your business, with head office support, to develop and maintain your portfolio of clients* Working towards and exceeding sales targets* Taking opportunities to increase your supplier, destination and overall luxury travel knowledge* Being proactive in building your client portfolioABOUT THE COMPANYThe company is an established luxury tour operator with dynamic plans for growth. The client benefits from strong buying power within the travel industry, benefitting its exceptional team of 30 homeworkers throughout the UK, as well as a support team based at head office. WHAT EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS DO I NEED* Youll have at least 3 years experience in a travel consultant role* Luxury travel experience would be advantageous, however its not essential* Experience working from home is desirable, however, again, not essential * Sales driven and accustomed to exceeding targets; this is a commission only role with uncapped commission and generous annual bonus * Self-motivated, with an enterprising approach to building your client portfolio* Flexibility to work hours as required to deliver a truly world-class service to your clientsWHATS IN IT FOR MENo joining fee, uncapped commission plus annual bonus, initial and ongoing training with managerial support as well as full IT, marketing and business development support.
