As a Barclays Transactional Banking Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the Payments and Fraud Programme achieves its ambitious change goals by building and managing a programme wide roadmap thats drives the business and towards achieving them.You will work directly with senior leadership, programme teams, and product leaders to ensure the programme is aligned on its objectives and has a clear path to achieving them. What will you be doing Identifying and presenting strategic priorities to leadership and teams across the organization Evaluating strategic demand from regional leads in UK and EMEA Building a global delivery roadmap that translates priorities and objectives into clear features and deliverables Designing and delivering presentations that effective communicate how planned modernization of the payments and fraud landscape drives the programmes overall mission Providing guidance for development and maintenance of product delivery Adapting the programme roadmap to provide views relevant to key stakeholder groups including the Front Office, Technology, internal functional partners and senior leadership What were looking for: Demonstrated experience in Product Strategy or Strategy Consulting (with demonstrated success in managing the delivery of complex technology or product related initiatives) Experience leading meetings and communicating with business, technology and product teams Experience or familiarity with payments processing, Fintech/platform technology and other payments related fields Ability to balance commercial, client and regulatory needs and requirements of a multi-geographic organization Skills that will help you in the role: Experience of working in the Private Banking industry Degree or equivalent level qualification Understanding of agile processes with a view on how to maximise success Where will you be workingOur new state-of-the-art Campus, right in the heart of Glasgow is a hub of creative collaboration.
