Trainee Account ManagerStarting salary of £22,500 plus bonusWe are recruiting for a B2B Trainee Account Manager role with an industry-leading company based in Glasgow who are going through another phase of great growth just now.You will receive a lot of training and mentoring in this position and you will be slowly eased into handling customers. You would then be responsible for managing a number of existing business accounts and maintaining and further developing relationshipswith them.You would be looked upon to gain additional sales units from your accounts wherever possible, effectively deal with any general enquiries that your clients may have, and ultimately renew and retain your customers at the end of their current contracts.This role would be suitable for people who already have some experience in sales and who are looking to develop this even further in a truly professional environment; or maybe recent graduates who are looking to develop a career in corporate sales; or possiblyeven people who are looking for a complete change in career direction with a move into SME sales (you will ideally need to tell us on your covering letter why you should be considered for this position as your CV may not do this)This is a fantastic role with an exceptional company who are renowned for being a great employer to work for. It has a starting basic of £22,500 with a yearly bonus potential of around £2000 - and from this role you can and will be encouraged to later progresswithin the Account Management team and towards a much higher salary (up to £30,000) and commission level (£10,000+)The working hours are daytime business hours Monday to Friday, and the additional benefits for staff are also exceptional and more details of which will be provided to suitable applicants.
