Job Description

TPRM Governance and Control Manager | S3 | Procurement |What You Will Be DoingJoin our community.Our client in the UK is increasingly reliant on the third parties which underpin our operations. The Procurement team are undertaking a multi-year transformation focused on creating a platform to drive significant incremental value through the creation of anoperating model with the capability to maximise the potential of this supplier ecosystem via connection & delivery of the right external expertise to meet the future demands of our client and in turn, to drive best value whilst complying with regulation andour clients risk appetite.The role will support the Third-Party Risk Management Team in driving a multi-year Procurement transformation program through robust adherence to supplier risk policies with regards to our client internal and relevant external policies. The role helps ensurethat quality, compliance and cost-effectiveness of work delivered by suppliers meets our clients expectationsThe difference youll make.

  • Developing appropriate Procurement risk and governance models and ensure that 3rd party exposure is managed in a robust manner and in line with relevant client regulatory requirements
  • Supporting Third Party Risk Management oversight and governance through the effective management of forums and collaboration channels
  • Supporting creation of a common view and language for all supplier risk related terminology across the organisation
  • Developing and maintaining a Third-Party Risk Management Framework to enable the timely identification, assessment, management, and reporting of third-party risks
  • Developing and ensuring implementation of recommendations through detailed action plans to mitigate identified risks, including those associated with business continuity
  • Ensuring that effective third-party risk management processes operate across the Bank regarding the on-boarding, on-going management, and exit of supplier contracts
What youll bring.
  • Experience in influencing and managing stakeholders
  • Experience in operational risk process design and management of control forums

  • Coupa experience
  • Ariba risk experience
  • Experience in audit or specialist control function
  • CIPS/IACCM/equivalent qualifications
What else you need to know.This is a 6 month fixed term contract with a hybrid model.
