Due to the rapid growth over the last year has seen the test teams growing in number, they are seekinga talented individual to join the development team as a Test Lead.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, co-ordinating, planning and executing automation and manual testing activities. The candidate will need to have experience as a test manager or test lead and have led a team before. The candidate needsto have experience of being hands on and hands off. While receiving guidance from Senior Test Engineers, you take ownership and responsibility for and the quality of solutions being delivered to the clients. This person will lead the QA team by example andwork with our offshore and onshore resources.
