Telesales Executive - Hybrid or RemoteWould you like to work fora multi-award-winning outbound B2B agencyAre you an ambitious sales professional looking for a dynamic challenge A growing company is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join their team.My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive.About Us:My clientspecialises in delivering focused and tailored B2B campaigns for clients across the UK and internationally, using Telemarketing and Digital Marketing services. Our diverse range of clientsincludes multinationals, SMEs,and startups, offering a varied and exciting work environment.Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of telemarketing experience.
  • Essential experience in outbound B2B telemarketing, telesales, or call-based roles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, known as a people person.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record in telemarketing or related roles.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Energetic and passionate about achieving success.
  • Genuine drive and willingness to deliver results for clients.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Friendly and confident telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and telemarketing to businesses.
  • Generate high-quality leads and appointments.
  • Prioritise quality over quantity for maximum results.
  • Work independently and effectively within a team environment.
About the role:There is the option for hybrid or work from home (remote).
  • Hybrid work option available for candidates based in central Scotland.
    • Choose between working 5 days a week in the office or a hybrid model.
    • Hybrid model includes at least 1 day in the office and the remainder at home.
  • Remote work option available for candidates outside of central Scotland (requires significant experience).
  • Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK & Ireland.
Salary and other Information:
  • Competitive salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (d.o.e) + excellent and uncapped OTE (circa £12,000 extra).
  • 32 days holiday + pension.
  • Monday to Friday, 8.45 am – 5 pm (with a 4 pm finish on Fridays!) and a 45-minute lunch break.
