Job Description

Telesales ExecutiveOur client provides award winning recycling and waste services to businesses nationwide, enabling them to reduce waste, carbon and costs. As an industry, waste management is beginning to assert itself as an important part of the environmental agenda. Theirunique approach is to foster long-term business partnerships that support, educate, and inspire their clients to reduce emissions and comply with the Waste (Scotland) Regulations.They now have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to manage, develop and maintain a pipeline of new business appointments to be closed by the field-based BDMs in areas covering both Edinburgh and Glasgow. A natural communicator, you shouldhave the necessary charisma, stamina and resilience this role requires to deliver on monthly and annual targets.This role will be based from their Bothwell Street office in Glasgow.To be successful in this role, candidates will:

  • achieve targets consistently, delivering on appointment and conversion targets
  • be articulate, confident and resilient
  • contribute to sales meetings and a positive environment
  • demonstrate strong commercial background and awareness
  • collect and maintain accurate records
In return, the successful candidate will be offered:
  • OTE approx £27K
  • 8% employer pension contributions
  • plus generous benefits package
