Telesales ExecutiveGlasgow (WFH outside of Glasgow) UK Based anywhere in the UK£25000 - £30000 + uncapped commission C. £10KYou will be required to be in Glasgow for the first 2 days of employment - they will assist with you getting there and staying over etc.Interviews are over Google MeetOur client is a fast-growing, multi-award winning and dynamic B2B sales and marketing consultancy, and we are currently looking to fill a range of full-time positions. This is a great and exciting opportunity for ambitious salespeople to join a dynamic company.They are building a niche in delivering focused and tailored B2B campaigns for clients across the UK and internationally using Telemarketing and Digital Marketing services. It is for this reason that the right candidate must have a passion for selling andgetting results for their clients.They work with a variety of companies including multinationals, SMEs and start-ups in the UK, Europe, Australia and the USA. Therefore, the work will be exciting and varied. You will juggle multiple campaigns at the same time and there are significant earningand progression opportunities as the business grows.Achieving results for customers is critical. You must enjoy the challenge of finding & generating new sales opportunities and enjoy the buzz when these are created.Must Haves

  • 4- 5 years telemarketing experience minimum
  • Outbound B2B telemarketing / tele sales / call experience essential
  • Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team
  • People person

B2B Inside Sales / Business Development Consultant Key Responsibilities:· Outbound sales calls / telemarketing to other businesses (no consumer calls)· Generating leads and appointments· Focusing on quality over quantity to maximise overall results· As B2B Inside Sales / Business Development Consultant, you will have a strong sales background and thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.· If you are a confident person who enjoys a prospecting role, then this is perfect for you· You will have fantastic communication skills and have previous experience with B2B sales· You will have the ability to identify and target companies and key personnel, as well as the competency to influence prospective customersThe business is growing quickly and therefore creates a unique opportunity to carve your own position and become an instrumental part of the team.Benefits:· 32 days holiday· Pension· Monday to Friday, 8.45 am - 5 pm with a 4pm Finish on a Friday if hit target,· 45 min lunch breakMust Haves· Outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales / call experience essential· Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team· People person· Good communicator· Proven track record· Self-motivated· Good attitude with energy and passion to succeed· Someone with a genuine drive and willingness to get results for clients· A professional, friendly and confident telephone mannerRequired skills
