Are you an experienced Telecommunications Engineer Would you like to work for a specialist provider of Unified Communications, Communication Applications, Telephone systems and Network solutions In this role you will be providing both field and office based technical support covering the Glasgow / Scotland area so will be provided with a company van, fuel card, laptop and iPhone.You will be involved in field based support and maintenance, remote diagnostics, system installation.Your experience should include:· Extensive Telephony installation and technical support experience.· Familiar with WAN/LAN and SIP technologies· Configuration, monitoring and fault finding - routers and data switches· Experience in Microsoft OS and software· Experience of Wi-Fi technology is an advantage· Excellent communication skills both orally and written are prerequisiteIdeal additional experience:· Telephony solutions from:o Panasonic, Gamma Horizon, Avaya, Mitel, Nortel, LG· An understanding of Networks and IT fundamentalsFor more information get in touch asap.
