Job Description

  • £430 per dayOutside IR35 (rate could be negotiable)
  • 4 month contract
  • Role is working remotely but the company welcome you to their London, Edinburgh or Glasgow offices ad hoc
This is a rare opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to make a big impact over a short timeframe, at a leading global travel search brand. We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst Contractor, to join our team as we accelerate and develop our B2B CRM capabilities as we implement HubSpot. Working with a core project team, you will help guide our teams on defining improved processes, services and software; bridging the gap between IT and the business to improve efficiency.This will be a contract role where you will take on a specific, recently signed-off project to implement HubSpot. Depending on the duration of the project there could be an opportunity for contract extension of a few weeks, dependent on outcomes from the initialanalysis phase but its likely to stay fixed as 4 months.The ideally Business Analyst will be someone who has previous experience on Data driven integration/migration projects (CRM systemsespecially HubSpot being key). There are some requirements for data mapping from target to source systems and whilst therewill be a data architect to offer support, this Business Analyst would need to be comfortable collaborating very closely with them on the design.What youll be doing:
  • Responsible for producing business analysis deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the project including, amongst others; current state analysis, to-be modelling, requirements gathering, documentation in both waterfall & agile terminology, business operatingmodel generation, solution recommendations, and impact assessments
  • Building trust and confidence from wide ranging stakeholders covering senior business representatives, functional SMEs, technical delivery partners and impacted areas to fully understand current state position, to-be aspirations and potential solutionsto reach them
  • Facilitating collaboration across a diverse range of stakeholders and teams, presenting often complex scenarios in easy-to-understand ways enabling the project to move forward with design decisions
  • Understand the context of different clients to suitably structure solution implementation
  • Support process documentation, governance and change management
  • Support the automation of business processes using CRM workflow technology

Experience RequiredMust have:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analystideally from a Tech Company
  • A CRM specialist, with experience working with HubSpotthe ideal Business Analyst will have worked on various CRM Implementation projects ideally working with HubSpot
  • An authority on digital technology applications including architecture experience with a broad knowledge of marketing, finance, engineering, commercial and back-office systems
  • Highly skilled in end-to-end process mapping, youll be able to identify where value can be derived
  • Strong references, evidencing a successful track record in business analysis, requirements gathering, solution designing, implementing and embedding
  • Highly organised and expert in facilitating collaboration
  • Expert in designing and delivering complex business solutions, based on advanced data analysis, requirements definition and operational design
  • Able to act in accordance with the companys core values and expected behavioursEmpathy, Care and Respect
