The business has ambitious growth plans and is keen to attract people who are passionate about delivering great standards and service to customers.In return you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, industry leading Induction and training through our City & Guilds training academy and the opportunity to develop and progress is only limited by your own ambition.City FM continue to enjoy sustained growth with its impressive multi-site client base which includes a National Facilities contract for ASDA.They are actively looking to recruit a new Technical Bureau Operator to join the Technical Bureau team.The role will be based from home due to the current Covid-19 situation and our client would provide full training and equipment to allow this to happen, the role would move into our clients head office in Glasgow when the situation allows.The role is available for an immediate start and is full time and permanent.The role is working 37.5 hours a week and will involve working 5 days out of 7, so will involve working some weekend shifts.The role will be working shifts of either 7.00am-3.00pm or 11.00am-7.00pm, you would tend to work 1 week of early shifts and then 1 week of late shifts. So please only apply if you are OK to work both shift times.Job Purpose:Remotely monitor, triage and process automatically generated alarms from Refrigeration systems.Investigate manually raised jobs via remote diagnostic checks of the BEMS systems and resolve where possibleAnswer inbound, and make outbound, calls in a professional manner. Follow call scripts and capture relevant data in compliance with the agreed guidelinesProvide technical support to the field engineering teams and complete all administrative duties as requiredPrincipal Accountabilities:
