The Team Coordinator is responsible for providing reliable and professional administrative support with a focus on international sales. They will also be required to assist with general administrative support to the wider commercial team.Client DetailsFantastic opportunity within highly successful FMCG businessDescription- Provide general administrative support for manager and international team/commercial sales and marketing team- International point of contact in the office- Invoice management- Provide assistance to sample requests when required- Responsible for switchboard and mail duties- Travel bookings (for directors including foreign visa applications (and the preparation of supporting documentation); and for other team members external parties as required) - Support in the co-ordination of other locations in Scotland working in partnership with the Experience Teams Marketing Executive- Day to day assistance to the Project Leaders/Managers or consultants- Assistance in the coordination of planning and organising meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, chasing action points and tracking/monitoring work streams progress, typing up of notes- Event management organisational support and attendance, presence required to man the stand as first point of contact, welcoming delegates and meeting coordination. Attend/host dinners as well as travel / accommodation bookings in the lead up to the event.- Raising UK sample requests.- Organise comprehensive customer visits including full itinerary- Complex Travel arrangements i.e.Multi city destinations and Visa applications- Trade show admin support / 3rd Party Conferences - Managing and coordinating free stock and sample- Raising UK sample requestsProfileQualifications & Experience
