Job Description

Talent Acquistion Specialist£35,000 - £50,000Location - Glasgow - hybrid with 3 days om siteOur client is a prestigious professional services organisation who has an enviable broad-based business portfolio, with leading positions in each of the markets that they operate in. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Talent AcquistionSpecialist to work within their resourcing function.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquistionspecialistfrom a corporate agency background to make their 1st move into an internal role or for an experienced in-house recruiter.Talent Acquistion Specialist- Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Understand future resourcing needs and pipeline accordingly
  • Provide resourcing support to Senior Directors
  • Advise and decide on the most appropriate recruitment solution for positions
  • Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these to the Manager
  • Providea high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods are followed and frequent communication is deployed
  • Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring job briefs are in line with the business / functional needs, individuals are recruited within the timeframes specified
  • Field applications, interview, liaise with advertising agencies, headhunt as required
  • Develop, and initiate where appropriate, relationships with partners
  • Build collaborative relationships with Busienss leaders.
Talent Acquistion Specialist - Skills / Experience:
  • Strong understanding and experience of working within Financial Services or Professional Services is very desirable.
  • Ideally you will have a strong understanding of early careers, graduate recruitment, Internships etc
  • Be passionate about providinga high level of candidate care
  • Have managed candidates through full end-to-end recruitment process
  • Have a track record in delivering solutions and results against targets in volume or early career campaign
  • You will have in-house experience in a resourcing capacity within a large complex organisation or have worked in a corporate agency environment Financial Services / Professional Services
  • Excellent at building relationships you will embrace the stakeholder consultation and engagement this role offers..
  • This is an operational resourcing role, managing stakeholder relationships, devising resourcing strategy and managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • You will have worked closely with and influenced senior level stakeholders within your business.
