Support AdministratorLocation: Glasgow city centreSalary: £22,000Hours of work: Mon to Fri 08:30 - 17:30I am currently recruiting for a support administrator role for an established recruitment company in the city centre of Glasgow. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties which include:* Allocate post and publications / distribution of specialist subscriptions* Dealing with Royal Mail outgoing post; to be done before the deadline for RM collections via online account* Via Support Service Desk manage inboxes e.g. , action references using referencing tool on Reach to company standard / for Temps & Associates only (perm staff refs picked up by central HR)* Via Support Service Desk manage the responses via the website coming in as Contact forms and action according to the category:- Register a vacancy- General contact form- Refer a friend form- Feedback form* Colour printing, binding of presentation documents. e.g. (work books, tender documents etc.)* Contact for the site with facilities team, cleaners and landlords and Go To for housekeeping and H&S issues* Site support for other internal departments with new initiatives, enable visual displays etc. (Marketing/TA/HR)Day to day there will also be more specific reception duties which include:* Ensure the required security standards are upheld regarding external visitors, and keep accurate and current visitor listings to support emergency and internal procedures.
