They take great pride in their organisation.They have very high service levels at all times and have a very happy customer base of regular clientele and equally enjoyable working environment and culture for all.RoleLooking for a Business Support Administrator/Office Manager to work for the position will include offering administrative help such as monitoring of email, drafting communications on their behalf, planning and organising meetings and travel as well as providingfirst class customer care to prestigious clients.The correct candidate will need to have a good understanding of the company and know the inner workings of the business for this same reason, it is important the Business Support Administrator has great interpersonal skills, is well-presented and professional.The duties of the role will be extremely broad and will vary on a day-to-day basis. The job description should include:

  • General organisation of all office duties
  • Attend regular team meetings and provide input and ideas on how to improve systems.
  • Updating CRM & Spreadsheets with product info and changes to stock.
  • Organise Delivery and pick up of products.
  • Preparing communications on behalf of the Director
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Organising travel and itineraries
  • Organising and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Working with 3rd party suppliers and contractors to organise and arrange logistics for the products.
  • Various ad hoc requests
