Job Description

Key member of the Supply Chain team, responsible for ensuring all customer orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for the administration and execution of international cased and bulk orders from initiation and processingthrough shipping to delivery and resolution of any post-despatch issues.Client DetailsThis is an innovative and pioneering organisation; a place where world-renowned brands, legacy, and history meet with dynamism, modern practices, and business excellence.   • Processing all orders through ERP system and generation of all documentation.
  • Completion of appropriate documentation in line with HMRC legislative requirements.
  • Liaise with internal functions across Supply Chain, including Production, Demand Planning and warehousing relating to availability of orders for production / dispatch.
  • Work closely with Freight Forwarders, HMRC, Chamber of Commerce to ensure timely and cost effective shipment of goods.
  • Involved in selection of the most cost effective and economic delivery solution from carriers and couriers either through negotiated freight tender or requesting ad hoc freight quotes.
Profile
  • Previous experience working in an International Supply Chain / Customert Service role within FMCG organisation, preferably drinks.
  • Experience in Customs and Excise is highly beneficial.
  • PC Literate - confident user of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
