Strategy Programme Manager // Contract // 3 Days in Glasgow // Inside IR35I am currently working with an Investment Banking client of mine who are looking to increase the head count of their Strategic Programme Management team. The role is based in Glasgow office and requires you to go into the office 3 days a week. The contractis Inside IR35 with an initial contract length of 12 Months with scope for extensions.Your primary responsibilities will include:* Supporting the group strategy and operational activities for Architecture & Modernization* Assisting in managing financials, resource planning and workforce strategy* Supporting the build-out & maintenance of departmental communications channels* Engaging with key partners to ensure group risk items are managed* Drive ad hoc projects and initiatives related to both functional and divisional requirements* Act as a central point of contact for talent management processes including promotions, recognition, junior talent pipeline, DEI, Giving Back* Collaborate on departmental communications and management reporting as neededSkills required:* Strong organisational skills, with demonstrable project management experience* Well-developed stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization, including working with technical SMEs* Able to manipulate and synthesize data, presenting analysis and insights to management* Highly experienced using O365 and related tools e.g. Teams, Powerpoint, Excel* Excellent written and verbal communications skills, able to produce high quality content* A broad understanding of the technology function / division in driving the business* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global organization* Self-starting, self-directed and brings a process improvement mindset* The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience, ideally in a large enterprise environmentDesired Skills* Financial Services or Professional Services experience preferred* Knowledge of Agile practices & / or Project Management certifications a plusThis is a great opportunity to join a growing investment bank to help them grow.
