Think youre up for the challengeThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join their team in Cumbernauld.What youll be doingAs Store Manager (E-Cigarette Specialist), youll be:- Leading and managing the team; from recruitment to performance reviews and training- Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations- Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role- Organised to effectively plan priorities and be able to respond to deadlinesYour experience- Experience in a management position and delivering exceptional customer service through your team, ideally within the retail sector or similar industry- Experience in maximising performance in an assisted purchase environment and managing productivity through effective rota planning- Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to cope with changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic- Able to work well under pressure when required.
