I am currently recruiting for a stock planner to join a well established agriculture company in Paisley on a perm basis!We are looking for a Grains stock and logistics assistant to be part of our Grains Execution team. The role of the team is to supply customers with a range of products, process incoming invoices, perform credit control, reconcile stocks in stores, maintaincontracts, run reports and action anything that requires attention. This is a fast-paced role and requires great attention to detail.Roles and ResponsibilitiesGeneral tasksAnswer incoming calls and direct them appropriatelyTake messages when calls cannot be passed on and advise the intended recipientCreate documentation required for the export of goods outwith the UKContribute to the documentation of processesInvoicingIdentify and record the relevant information from incoming invoicesCheck the system to ensure any claims on the invoice have been approvedInput data into the in-house system to create and process ticketsCheck all information on invoices is correct before passing themResolve any issues or queries that may occurCredit ControlMonitor overdue balancesBuild relationships with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoicesLiaise with customers to resolve any invoicing queriesReporting and maintenanceRun monthly reports to identify system maintenance tasksCreate monthly plansClose plans where all movements of stock have been completedAmend fixings as necessaryStocks and storesReconcile and roll stocks in stores on a monthly basisRecord stock losses and/or gainsCreate conversions for the upgrade/downgrade of stockResolve any stock discrepanciesPlan movement of stock for minor cropsSalary £23000 per annum
