* Sous Chef, Mon-Fri* No evenings or Weekends* £28kJob Role: Sous ChefLocation: Glasgow CitySector: Contract CateringSalary: £28,000A great opportunity to join a leading Contract Caterer in the heart of Glasgow City, The starting salary is £28,000 for a 40 hour week This is a Monday to Friday role with hours core hours being 7am to 3.30pm with no weekends or evenings required.You will work a team of 4/5 kitchen staff. The Sous Chef will need experience gained within Contract Catering ideally or we will consider chefs from a hotel or Event Background looking for a better work / life balance.The day to day offer is s staff restaurant with a cooked breakfast every day, 2 hot mains for lunch as well as small amount of grab and go and composite salad options. There is a small amount of hospitality which is sandwich lunches and buffets.There are around 500 on site with Mondays and Fridays being very quite with the main busy days being Tue-Thu.
