Job Description

Are you a chef fancying a new role based in Glasgows West EndLooking for a new challenge which gives you opportunities to be adventurous, channelling your passion for foodWe are looking for sous chefs who have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience within a professional kitchen
  • Experience in rosette level kitchen or above
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to support and manage a team
  • Capability of working under pressure
  • Ability to create, cost and produce dishes align with trends
The Sous Chef will be involve in all aspects of the kitchen operation, menu planning, development of junior members and complying with all legislation.About the role:
  • £29,000 to £33,000 per annumdepending on experience
  • Cash tips and credit card tips.
  • 4 or 5 days over 7
  • Working alongside the Head Chef and senior management team to ensure running of the kitchen
  • Room for career advancement
