SOLUTIONS ENGINEERRole OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Solutions Engineer (Cloud Automation) to join our Technology Services team in any of our UK offices.The Solutions Engineer (Cloud Automation) plays an integral role in delivering the firms datacentre and cloud strategy, architecture and technical capabilities.The role holder will support a multi-year cloud adoption programme, working closely with technology and information security stakeholders in the business to drive as Code methodologies, supporting the creation of highly resilient and secure infrastructurethroughout the firms hybrid and multi-cloud environments.The Solutions Engineer (Cloud Automation) will influence the adoption of best practices regarding the use of automation for the adoption and ongoing management of cloud environments, and will be expected to partner with developers, administrators, and otherroles responsible for implementing hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.Candidate OverviewThe role holder should have subject matter expertise in cloud-based service provisioning and configuration solutions which leverage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and private cloud (VMware) platforms, encompassing virtualization, identity and access, security,business continuity, data platforms, and governance.Ideally, you will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline, such as computer science, information systems or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience in an enterprise role. Microsoft certifications in Azure solutions architecture or infrastructurewould be beneficial.What can we offer you
