An exciting new medical technology company in Glasgow is looking for a Test Engineer to join their team. They have considerable funding behind them and are connected to some pretty cool technology companies. This is the ideal time to join as they look to bring out the next generation of their product and look to implement a roadmap for the next few years.Although the company do have some testing in place, this will be the first dedicated testing role within the company. It offers the chance to really make your mark on the testing function and develop it as you see best. With significant growth plans in the future, now is good to join and grow as the business does.You will need to have experience testing across embedded software, as well as mobile and web based platforms - this is essential that you are able to work across all three domains.You will have most of the following skills/experience:** Automation testing and creating automation test frameworks - with C, Java or Python** Creating test plans** Regression testing, verification testing, software validation testing** Cloud platform experience** CI/CD** Experience in a medical device industry is ideal** Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485The company are based close to the University of Strathclyde and are easily accessible by public transport.
