Job Description

My client has a new Service Advisor opportunity available to join their Dealership located on Bogmoor, Govan, Glasgow. If you are a colleague who:

  • Has previous experience in a customer facing administrative role
then we would love to hear from you to discuss this position. What Will You Be Doing Based on Bogmoor Road in Glasgow we have announced a new vacancy for a Service Advisor opportunity which has become available.You will need to demonstrate:
  • Good computer skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Be a flexible colleague to oversee the progress of customer bookings from start to finish.
Here we are performance driven for excellent service therefore the successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills that our customers both external and internal rely on. Who Are We Looking for Our colleagues are our most valuable asset, we act with integrity and together as a team we make a difference.We would like to hire someone who has motor trade experience (ideally also Kerridge database trained) we are performance driven and strive to deliver an excellent service. therefore you will need to display:
  • Ability to build relationships across the business both internally and externally
  • Customer Focus - Interpersonal with influencing skills
  • Judgment and decision making
  • Good IT Skills
  • Great telephone manner
  • Use of DMS to create and invoice jobs
  • Previous Experience of Service Advisor
  • Posses Technician experience
