Job Description

Service AdministratorLocation: Queenslie, Glasgow, ScotlandSalary: IRO £18,965 - £24,000 depending on experience.Contract: Full time, permanent.We are Red Mosquito Ltd; we are recruiting and we want you!We are Managed Service Providers and IT support specialists providing services to SMEs, and national organisations throughout the United Kingdom.We do all the technical stuff, properly, allowing our customers to concentrate on their business!We were founded back in 1999 and since then we have seen a lot of changes in the IT industry, from the outset our founders shared an excitement for new technology, at a time when SMEs were just starting to make use of the internet!We are now recruiting for a Service Administrator to join us; you must have a passion for IT as well as a friendly and approachable manner in order to build relationships and assist in the delivery of high-quality services to our client base. Experiencein an IT services environment would be an advantage but full training will be given.Service Administrator - About the role:As a Service Administrator within our busy administration & support team you will assist in the effective delivery of business IT contracts and managed services. Reporting to our Account Manager and liaising closely with our customers, the role is to prepare,review, administer and track existing and new support contracts and associated third party services.Service Administration duties (Full Training will be given):• New account and user set up on our CRM.• Contract administration within service management tool Autotask.• Preparing quotes for customers.• Arranging account review meetings for Account Manager.• Compilation of client contract documentation.• Monitoring of service contracts and associated agreements to ensure all work is charged out.• Liaison with internal and external account managers regarding pending renewals.• Liaison with customers to gauge customer satisfaction.• Administration of 3rd party services being supplied to our customers• Monthly reporting of contract details for Microsoft 365.• Responding to client and other stakeholder contract queries including those associated with terms of service.• Assisting in the administration of our ISO 9001 and 27001 accreditations.What we need from you:• Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise confidently at varying levels of authority, internally and externally.• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines• Strong organisational and time management skills• Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude with flexible approach• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative to apply forward thinking mindset• Working knowledge of MS office applicationsQualifications• National 5 level C minimum in English and Mathematics.• National 5 Administration and IT would be desirable.If you feel you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role then apply today!Benefits:RedMosquito rewards employees with a competitive market salary and an excellent benefits package and offers opportunities for career progression through training.
