Job Description

Im currently assisting a solutions firm in the recruitment of a Tech Recruiter which will work on site partnering with a world renowned investment bank.Glasgow basedResponsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of one or more significant hiring campaigns at one time
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Utilise our applicant tracking system to support candidate activities (using Taleo)
  • Take detailed briefing calls and support the sourcing team in identifying the most suitable of candidates for your roles
  • Arrange interviews and support candidates with interview prep through to making an offer to the suitable candidates for your roles
Requirements:
  • Previous experience recruiting in the Tech Industry (e.g. Developers, Engineers or Architects)
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across various levels
  • Experience working in complex matrix environments
Benefits:
  • Salary c. £45,000-£55,000
  • Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)
