This is an award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy specialising in providing procurement, contract and commercial management support across various construction industries such as High Rise, Commercial, Infrastructure, Technology, Renewable Energy and Utilties. Clients are major international organisations who trust us to support them on their largest and most complex mission critical projects around the globe.Due to growth they are currently looking for two Senior Quantity Surveyors ideally with experience in either NEC or JCT contracts to join our staff secondment division and provide post-contract commercial service clients.Responsibilities*Preparing budgets and detailed cost plans*Performing risk and value management and cost control*Advising on procurement strategy*Tender levelling and managing packages*Change management *Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks*Preparing and analysing costings for tenders*Establishing and operating cost and financial control systems*Certifying progress claims and payments to contractors *Negotiating to ensure budgets are not exceeded*Providing advice on contractual claims*Maintain contemporaneous accurate records*Valuing completed work and compiling application for payment*Monthly cost and value reports*Project cost and programme forecastsQualifications / Experience*Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent*A minimum of 5 years experience *Track record of working on complex projects*NEC or JCT experience would be beneficial*To be proficient in MS Office applications- Excel, MS project etc*MRICS would be advantageous
